To All the foreign students:

　　In view of the present situation, the SARS has been under control in Tianjin as well as in China. We informed all the students who went home during the outbreak of SARS, will resume the classes and ask you to return to the University before July 10, 2003 to continue your studies.

　　The Ministry of Education has informed that the Chinese Embassies in all the countries will provide all the foreign students with the convenient and efficient procedure to get your entry visas to come back to China.

　1.All the students who returned home without the procedure of Return Visas during the outbreak of SARS, can get the entry visas by the “NOTICE TO RESUME CLASSES”, RESIDENT CARDS OR “I.D.CARDS OF FOREIGN STUDENTS”. The WJ 202 form is not demanded.

　2.If the students can not provide the Chinese Embassies with any documents mentioned above, you can apply for “L” or “F” visas.

　3.If you have not enough time to apply for your entry visa from the Chinese Embassy in your country, you can get the entry visa from the Immigration Office at any airport in China with the “NOTICE TO RESUME THE CLASSES”, “THE RESIDENT CARD” OR “I.D CARD OF FOREIGN STUDENT” when you arrive in China.

　　We sincerely hope that all the students will return to the University before July 10, 2003. Please don’t hesitate and let us know if you meet with any difficulties or problems before you leave for Tianjin. We are looking forward to seeing you again in Tianjin before July 10.
