- In December, 2005, Professor Gu Jin-xian,in the coordination with the Movement of Health and Sanitation Quality Month held by He-ping District, gave a lecture The Study on Certain Problems in Medical Disputes to the leaders from the different medical units under the direct control of He-ping District Health and Sanitation Bureau.
- In November, 2005, Tianjin Medical Universty,joined by Tianjin Evening News, with the aim to disseminating the legal knowledge, the set up a moot court in the residential community.
- In November, 2005, teachers and students from our department went to Xin-xing Community, giving a series of legal and psychological consultations.
- In October, 2005, Tianjin Medical Universty presided over the 2nd session of seminar on how to construct the major of legal science in medical Universties and colleges nationwide.
- In October, 2005, Hao Zhi-hong,a young teacher from our department, participated into the 7th national Academic Seminar on Psychology, and gave a speech on The Study of Prediction Factors Concerning College Students' Needs for the Professional Psychological Assistance.
- In Septemper, the Teaching and Research Section of Psychologu held, among students, a series of lectures on how to keep the healthy mental state.
Lecturer Feng Li-qiang from our department came out top in the 7th Competition of Fundamentl Skills of Young Teachers.
- In March, 2005, Professor Gu Jin-xian was engaged as the arbitator of Tianjin Arbitration Committee.
- In May, 2005, Tianjin Medical University,teamded with Tianjin People Broadcasting Station, held a large debate, which was the integral part of the Campaign of Popular Legal Science.
Associate Professor Zhou Shu-ping was recruited as one member of the editorial staff for the compilation of the textbook Health Law. Associate Professor Qiang Mei-ying, in the collaboration with others, published the book named Overview of New Allegation of Charges in China. Jiao Yan-ling's book Cases of Jus Rerem was published.
- In October, 2004, Tianjin Medical University held the first seminar on how to introduce the Major of Legal Science into the Medical University nationwide. 2005 graduates succesfully completed their graduation papers.There are 11 papers graded as Excellent Graduation Papers, and 38 papers adopted by Study on Education of Medical Science. Furthermore, another 5 papers had been published by the national key academic periodical Medicine and Philosophy.
